Interestingly, I have tried to contact them via Live Chat and here is what I see:
IRC seems to be allowed as per their TOS.
Domain registered in May this year, and their parent company has the domain registered in October last year. Their company number is 7866698 in UK. IcelandVPS did not give me a test IP however as per one of their previous post on WHT, here is a test IP: 193.107.84.20.
I have not tried their service so I am not sure how the service is like. If anyone of you decide to sign up, feel free to post some benchmarks here and let us know how the services go.

@Asim: Except I can never gather as much information as LEA used to post, it still amazed me how much resources he have/had.
I thought of see this as a experimenting post (since the email was completely unsolicited) but over the long term I still want 96MB.com to focus on VPS reviews rather than turning into another LEB replica since there is really no point for me to host 96MB.com if that becomes the case.
